Wonderful
Location was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We messaged before hand and asked for a canal view and they replied very quickly saying yes at no extra cost. Lovely hotel.

Exceptional
The hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions and transportation. Overall, it's a lovely place to stay, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Matteo at the reception, who was always ready to assist us. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is excellent and staffs are nice.
Hard bed, small bathroom and noise during night from other rooms.

Good service and location but some aspects lacking slightly
Staff were excellent, spoke good English and were friendly and helpful throughout
The bar area was poor. Could have been a comfortable and relaxing area to spend time in. Not the case however.
